Unfortunately, I didn't order any media and since it's our first 2012 R2 server, I don't already have a disc. I notice Dell are charging £25 for a 'media kit', which is a complete rip off and you can probably only order them with a server. I wonder if the server will come with a mechanism to 'burn your own' recovery media.
