Installed ATI 9-10 Win 7 32-64 unified WDM ver 8.661.0.0, no change. Also installed it in Vista SP1 compatibilty mode, still have yellow flag. Does anyone know what the Unified AVStream Driver is for.

Don, your PCI tuner card is unrecognisable to Windows 7. The yellow exclamation in device manager is needing the driver for it.
