'Trial Software' is defined as a version of the Software that is limited to an evaluation for a specified period of time as determined by Intuit. 'Not for Resale Software' is defined as Software that is not for resale and is labeled 'Not for Resale' or 'NFR.' 'Intuit Software' shall mean Software, Trial Software and/or Not for Resale Software.
